ARTICLE 1: Scope of application

These General Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the contractual relations between, on the one hand, the website (hereinafter referred to as “the Site”), operated by SAS RT Entertainment, SAS with capital of 3,000 €, whose head office is located at 178 rue Pierre Georges Latécoère, 42160 Andrézieux-Bouthéon registered with the Saint Etienne RCS under number 887 801 793 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and, on the other hand, any consumer customer of the site (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). The General Conditions of Sale aim to describe the terms of distance selling of goods and services between the Seller and the Customer. They express the entirety of the obligations and rights of the Parties. The Seller reserves the right to adapt or modify the General Conditions of Sale at any time. In the event of modification, the General Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order. Also, the Customer is invited to consult the Site regularly in order to keep informed of the most recent developments.

ARTICLE 2: Acceptance of conditions

The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in force on the day the order is validated, and constitute the contract which binds the customer and The Customer declares that he has full legal capacity allowing him to commit to this contract.

ARTICLE 3: Purpose

The Seller offers animal accessory products for sale online. The Site also provides access to advice on the use of these products with your dogs. The Customer connects to the website and, by filling his shopping basket, places an order for the products he has chosen while browsing the site. The products purchased are paid for online using one of the solutions offered on the site. The Site confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail and the products are delivered to the customer within a specified time. The products are shipped and invoiced by the Seller. ARTICLE 4: Products

When the Customer orders, publishes the availability of the chosen product. If the product is unavailable, the Customer cannot add it to the basket. The prices indicated on the product sheets are the only ones valid in the event of a dispute. offers are valid only for the duration of their visibility on the site.

In all circumstances, the Customer must respect the conditions of use of the products before any use. Our products are exclusively from the Goofy Goldens® brand. The designs are created in France. Part of our products is manufactured in Europe, another in Asia. Our manufacturers comply with international standards and, as well as European standards regarding working conditions and product quality.

ARTICLE 5: Price

The prices of the products presented on the Site are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC). They are applicable when the order is validated by the Customer and do not include the contribution to shipping costs, invoiced in addition, and indicated before final validation of the order. Prices are subject to French VAT and any change in the legal rate of this VAT will be reflected in the price of the products and services presented on the Site, on the date stipulated by the relevant law. The prices of the products do not include communication costs linked to the use of the Site or linked to the possible cost of telephone communication which remain the responsibility of the customer. Prices exclude shipping costs which remain the responsibility of the Customer. Shipping costs are specified to the Customer before placing their order. In the event of an entry, printing or calculation error revealing a price significantly lower than the price normally charged, the Customer will be charged the lowest price unless this price is clearly derisory, i.e. without relation to the actual value of the product ordered. In this case the order, even if it has been automatically confirmed by the Seller, will be canceled. The Customer will be informed as soon as possible so that he can, if he wishes, re-order at the right price.

Goofy Goldens undertakes to process your order within a maximum of 24 working hours.

ARTICLE 7: Customer account

To make purchases on the Site, the Customer must first create a customer account. This must be created exclusively on the Site: either before any purchase by clicking on the “Create an account” link which appears at the top of the pages of the Site, or during the order, after validation of the basket and at the time of Customer identification. Don't forget to check your junk mail if you don't see the registration email in your main mailbox.

The Customer undertakes to provide true and sincere information and to inform the Seller of any changes concerning them. A summary of the information provided is presented to the Customer and an email containing the information is sent. This information is necessary for order management and the commercial relationship between the seller and the Customer. Consequently, failure to provide the requested information is equivalent to renouncing the creation of an account. Furthermore, as part of the implementation of a permanent dialogue between the site and their customers, the data indicated by the patient will be recorded. The Seller cannot be held responsible for possible entry errors and the consequences that result from them, such as a delay and/or delivery error. In this context, all costs incurred for reshipping the order will be entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

ARTICLE 8: Validation of the order

By clicking on “My basket”, the Customer is directed to a page recalling the contents of the order. The order will only be definitively registered after providing the various information (customer identification, choice of delivery method, payment) and final validation. The sale is deemed concluded when the Customer has carried out the final validation and provided their payment identifiers. Upon receipt of his order request, the Seller confirms to the Customer the acceptance of his order by sending a confirmation message to the e-mail address that the latter communicated when registering his order. The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous order. The Customer has the possibility to follow his orders on the Site, in the “My Account” section. The history of transactions between the Seller and the Customer can be consulted at any time on the Site in the “My Account” section.

ARTICLE 9: Payment and security

The order can be paid by credit card, Visa, Mastercard, Paypal or Apple Pay. The Customer's bank account will be debited after a maximum of 24 hours following the date of the order, and this will be considered effective upon confirmation of the agreement of the bank payment centers. If the bank refuses payment, the order is automatically canceled. The Seller will then inform the Customer by e-mail. The Seller reserves the right to interrupt or cancel a transaction for any legitimate reason, in particular in the event of suspected fraud or in the event of unresolved unpaid debt. The Customer's banking details are not entered on the Site, but on the secure Shopify Pay page where they are encrypted and then transmitted securely to authorization servers which verify the data with the Customer's bank, in order to to avoid abuse and fraud. never has access to confidential information relating to payment methods.

ARTICLE 10: Delivery

The Seller undertakes to deliver the products to mainland France , Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and Luxembourg. Delivery of ordered items takes place as quickly as possible. The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the Customer during the order process. This may be at his home, or at any other address different from the billing address indicated by the Customer. Delivery to a relay point is also offered. When multiple products are ordered at the same time, and the shipping times are different, the order shipping time is based on the longest time. The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer during the ordering process. The Seller has opted for the following delivery solutions:

  • Colissimo (delivery to home or relay points within 2 working days after dispatch)
  • Colissimo international (home against signature or relay points)

All of these solutions allow the Customer to follow the progress of the delivery of their order.

Colissimo: in the event of absence during delivery to the address indicated by the Customer, a delivery notice is left in the mailbox. It is then possible to collect the package from a post office within 10 days of posting this notice. If the Customer does not collect their package from the Post Office, the package will be returned to the Seller.

Customer Service will then contact the Customer for a possible reshipment and, without a response within a reasonable time, will issue a refund. Each delivery is considered to have been made as soon as the products ordered are made available to the Customer, this can be verified by the delivery control and tracking system offered on the Post Office website. cannot be held responsible for non-performance of the contract concluded due to a case of force majeure.

ARTICLE 11: Confirmation of products and complaints

The transfer of ownership of the ordered merchandise becomes effective as soon as it leaves the Seller's premises. Consequently, the Customer accepts all risks, in particular those related to transport. It is the Customer's responsibility to make, if necessary, the usual reservations before taking delivery. If the delivered product does not correspond to the order, presents defects or is damaged, the customer has the possibility of submitting a complaint within 5 working days following the delivery date indicated by post. Any complaint made after this deadline will not be processed by the Seller, whose liability will be released. If, after verification, the non-conformity of the delivered product is proven and it is not due to improper use by the customer, whose good faith is evident, a solution will be proposed to satisfy the Customer. Products opened, damaged or soiled by the Customer are neither refunded nor exchanged. In the event of improper returns, the Seller reserves the right to refuse any subsequent orders.

ARTICLE 12: Withdrawal and returns

In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 30 working days from the date of delivery of their order, to return, without having to provide a reason, any item not suitable for it, in its original packaging, with its original labels, in new condition, suitable for remarketing, and request reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of the fixed return costs which remain to be paid his load. These operations will be carried out at no additional cost to the Customer, with the exception of the cost of returning the Product(s). The seller undertakes to reimburse the Product and the initial delivery costs, free of charge, as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty (30) days following the date on which the Customer exercises his right of withdrawal. Please note: if you do not follow this procedure, your request will be taken into account but, in the event of difficulty in identifying you, its processing may be extended. The refund is made by credit to the payment card used by the Customer when ordering. If the Customer used a deferred debit payment card, this reimbursement will only be effective at the end of the month.  In accordance with article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, any right of withdrawal is excluded for

  • products bearing the mark of prolonged use exceeding the time necessary for fitting
  • soiled products

ARTICLE 13: Responsibilities

ARTICLE 14: Applicable law and dispute resolution

These General Conditions are subject to French law, subject to the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the Customer has his habitual residence and unless there is a provision of international public order. In the event of a dispute with professionals and/or traders, the courts of Saint Etienne (France) will have jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
