General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the contractual relations between, on the one hand, the website https://www.goofygoldens.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"), operated by SAS RT Entertainment, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €3,000, with its registered office at 55 rue des places, 42110 Civens, registered with the Saint Etienne Trade and Companies Register under number 887 801 793 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and, on the other hand, any consumer client of the site (hereinafter referred to as the "Client").

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to describe the terms of distance selling of goods and services between the Seller and the Client. They express all the obligations and rights of the Parties. The Seller reserves the right to adapt or modify the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In the event of modification, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the day of the order will be applied to each order.

The applicable General Terms and Conditions of Sale are those in force on the day the order is validated, constituting the contract between the client and goofygoldens.com. The Client declares having full legal capacity to enter into this contract.

The Seller offers animal accessory products for sale online. The Site also provides advice on using these products with your dogs. The Client connects to the website and, by filling their shopping cart, places an order for the products they have chosen by browsing the site. The purchased products are paid for online using one of the solutions offered on the site. The Site confirms acceptance of the order by e-mail, and the products are delivered to the client within a specified timeframe. The products are shipped and invoiced by the Seller. Currently, only delivery to mainland France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, and Luxembourg is possible.

When the Client places an order, goofygoldens.com publishes the availability of the chosen product. If the product is unavailable, the Client cannot add it to the cart. The prices indicated on the product sheets are the only valid ones in case of dispute. Goofygoldens.com's offers are valid only for the duration of their visibility on the site.

In all circumstances, the Client must comply with the product's conditions of use before any use. The Seller presents the products on the Site as well as their detailed descriptions, allowing the Client to know their essential characteristics before placing a definitive order. The Site makes every effort to ensure that the representation of the products on the website is as faithful as possible to the products themselves. However, the client is fully informed that the images, colors, and photographs corresponding to the different products marketed may not correspond to the actual colors due to the internet browser and screen used.

Our products are exclusively from the Goofy Goldens® brand. Designs are created in France. Some of our products are manufactured in Europe, others in Asia. Our manufacturers comply with international and European standards regarding working conditions and product quality.

Prices are indicated in Euros, all taxes included (TTC). They do not include shipping costs, which are billed additionally. Prices are subject to French VAT. In the event of a data entry error resulting in a clearly derisory price, the order will be canceled even after automatic confirmation, and the Client will be informed as soon as possible.

Goofy Goldens commits to processing your order within a maximum of 24 business hours.

Account creation is a prerequisite for any purchase. The Client agrees to provide accurate information. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any entry errors (address, etc.) and the resulting re-shipping costs.

The sale is deemed concluded when the Client has completed final validation and entered their payment credentials. The Seller confirms acceptance by email.

Payment is made by credit card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), Paypal, or Apple Pay. Bank details are not entered on the Site but on the secure page of Shopify Pay where they are encrypted.

Delivery to metropolitan France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Andorra, Spain, Portugal, and Italy. Solutions used: Colissimo (home or pick-up point) and Colissimo International.

Ownership transfer occurs upon leaving the Seller's premises. The Client has 5 business days following delivery to make a claim in case of non-conformity or defect.

The Client has a period of 30 working days to return an item. Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging to the following address:

Attention: Any right of withdrawal is excluded for products showing signs of prolonged use and for treats.

These operations will be carried out without additional costs to the Client, with the exception of the flat-rate return shipping fee of 2 euros per Product(s). The seller undertakes to refund the Product and the initial delivery costs, free of charge (excluding return package), as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days following the date on which the Client exercised their right of withdrawal. Attention: if you do not follow this procedure, your request will be taken into account but, in case of difficulty in identifying you, its processing may be extended. The refund is made by credit to the payment card used by the Client when placing the order. If the Client used a deferred debit payment card, this refund will only be effective at the end of the month.  In accordance with Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, any right of withdrawal is excluded for

• products showing signs of prolonged use exceeding the time necessary for trying on
• soiled products

Goofy Goldens is only bound by an obligation of means regarding the operation of the Site and cannot be held responsible for damages related to the use of the Internet network.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction.

The Client has a right to access, modify, and delete data concerning them (Article 34 of the law of January 6, 1978).
