General terms and conditions of sale

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern exclusively the contractual relationship between, on the one hand, the website https://www.goofygoldens.com (hereinafter "the Site"), operated by SAS RT Entertainment, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €3,000, whose registered office is at 55 rue des places, 42110 Civens, France, registered with the Saint-Étienne Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 887 801 793 (hereinafter the "Seller") and, on the other hand, any consumer customer of the Site (hereinafter the "Customer").

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale describe the terms of distance selling of goods and services between the Seller and the Customer. They set out all the obligations and rights of the Parties. The Seller reserves the right to adapt or amend these General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time. In the event of any change, each order will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in force on the date of the order.

The applicable terms and conditions are those in force on the day the order is confirmed, and they form the contract between the Customer and goofygoldens.com. The Customer declares that they have full legal capacity to enter into this contract.

The Seller offers pet accessories for sale online. The Site also gives access to advice on using these products with your dogs. The Customer visits the website and, by filling their shopping basket, orders the products they have chosen while browsing the Site. Products purchased are paid for online using one of the payment methods offered on the Site. The Site confirms acceptance of the order by email and the products are delivered to the Customer within a stated timeframe. Products are shipped and invoiced by the Seller. Delivery is available to mainland France (including Corsica), Andorra, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

When the Customer places an order, goofygoldens.com shows the availability of the chosen product. If a product is unavailable, the Customer cannot add it to their basket. The prices shown on the product pages are the only valid prices in the event of a dispute. Offers on goofygoldens.com are valid only for as long as they are visible on the Site.

In all circumstances, the Customer must follow the conditions of use of the products before using them. The Seller presents the products on the Site with detailed descriptions so that the Customer can find out their essential features before placing a final order. The Site makes every effort to ensure that the products are shown on the website as faithfully as possible. However, the Customer is fully informed that the images, colours and photographs of the various products sold may not match the actual colours, depending on the web browser and screen used.

Our products are exclusively of the Goofy Goldens® brand. The designs are created in France. Some of our products are made in Europe, others in Asia. Our manufacturers comply with international and European standards on working conditions and product quality.

Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes (VAT). They do not include the contribution to delivery costs, which is charged in addition. Prices are subject to French VAT. In the event of an input error resulting in a clearly derisory price, the order will be cancelled even after automatic confirmation, and the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Goofy Goldens undertakes to process your order within a maximum of 24 working hours.

An account must be created before any purchase. The Customer undertakes to provide accurate information. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any input errors (address, etc.) or for any resulting reshipping costs.

The sale is deemed to be concluded when the Customer has completed the final confirmation and entered their payment details. The Seller confirms acceptance by email.

Payment can be made by bank card, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Apple Pay. Bank details are not entered on the Site but on the secure Shopify Pay page, where they are encrypted.

Delivery to mainland France (including Corsica), Andorra, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Services used: Colissimo (home or pick-up point), Colissimo International and UPS. Rates and delivery times by country are detailed on our Shipping and delivery page.

Ownership is transferred as soon as the goods leave the Seller's premises. The Customer has 5 working days after delivery to make a claim in the event of non-conformity or a defect.

The Customer has 30 working days to return an item. Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging to the following address:

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products showing signs of prolonged use or to treats.

These operations will be carried out at no extra cost to the Customer, except for a flat-rate return fee of €2 for the Product(s). The Seller undertakes to refund the Product and the initial delivery costs, free of charge (excluding the return fee), as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days after the date on which the Customer exercised their right of withdrawal. Please note: if you do not follow this procedure, your request will still be handled but, if we have difficulty identifying you, processing may take longer. The refund is credited to the payment card used by the Customer when ordering. If the Customer used a deferred debit card, the refund will only take effect at the end of the month.  In accordance with Article L. 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to

• products showing signs of prolonged use beyond the time needed to try them on
• soiled products

Goofy Goldens is bound only by an obligation of means regarding the operation of the Site and cannot be held responsible for any damage related to the use of the Internet.

These terms and conditions are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

The Customer has the right to access, modify and delete their personal data (Article 34 of the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978).
