How do I clean a dog collar?

- Polyester collars: hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle (20/30 °C). Collars dry quickly in the open air. To make your dog collar last, it's important to care for it regularly. We recommend wiping it with a soft cloth to remove any built-up dirt. Avoid contact with abrasive substances or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the material.

- Soft PVC collars : just wipe with a sponge or rinse under the tap. A quick wipe with a cloth and it's dry instantly.
How do I choose the right collar size for my dog?

Measure your dog's neck size, then add 2 cm for optimal comfort.
A well-fitted collar lets you slide two fingers between the neck and the strap.
Does the collar go stiff in winter or cold weather?

No, that's the beauty of high-quality soft PVC. Unlike ordinary rigid plastic, our PVC stays flexible, soft and comfortable on your dog's neck, even when temperatures drop below 0 °C.
Does this collar get rid of that "wet dog" smell?

A relief for owners: Yes! Nylon or ordinary fabric collars soak up water, saliva and bacteria, which eventually creates a stubborn smell. Because soft PVC is completely waterproof, bacteria can't get into the strap. Zero damp = zero smell.
Is the collar strong enough for a dog that pulls hard?

Absolutely. The soft PVC strap has an ultra-high-density woven polyester strap inside. This combination gives a breaking strength of several dozen kilos. Paired with sturdy hardware, it's one of the most secure dog collars on the market.
