A quick wipe with a cloth and it's dry instantly.

The Goofy Goldens Panache dog collar is an adjustable printed polyester collar decorated with abstract feathers in yellow, orange, fuchsia, blue and purple. Light and soft on the neck, it fastens with a sturdy clip buckle and has an alloy ring for the lead. It comes in 3 sizes, for necks from 28 to 66 cm.
